‘How to Study’ Infographic

Infographics are an easy-to-create ‘job aid’ or quick reference guide that can be placed in workspaces, classrooms and study areas. They are useful for displaying steps in a procedure, rules to follow in a given area or as reminders of useful information and practices. This example that I created gives the main points of the general ‘how to study effectively’ talk that I have given to my students.

There are many free templates for infographics and a search of them shows many possible ideas for organization and color schemes. This infographic has several points under three headings, but I did not want to just have a bulleted list. Alternating a photo with the text left and right is more visually appealing as well as breaking the information up into separate sections under each different heading. I also included a positive message at the bottom for encouragement.
